Understanding the Cambridge Lower Secondary Checkpoint scores
All Cambridge Checkpoint reports, at Primary and Lower Secondary, will report a score out of 50. Scores on the new Checkpoint scale are from 0 (the lowest level of ability) to 50 (the highest level of ability).
Learners scoring between 41 and 50 are showing an outstanding level of achievement.
Learners scoring between 31 and 40 are showing a high level of achievement.
Learners scoring between 21 and 30 are showing a good level of achievement.
Learners scoring between 11 and 20 are achieving between a basic and good level of achievement.
Learners scoring between 1 and 10 are showing a basic level of achievement.
